Komitmen mewujudkan pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK), Polres Payakumbuh menyelenggarakan Sosialisasi Perkap Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengendalian Gratifikasi Di Lingkungan Polri Polres Payakumbuh, Kamis (8/10) di Mapolres Payakumbuh.

Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Alex Prawira membuka kegiatan Sosialisasi Perkap Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengendalian Gratifikasi Di Lingkungan Polri Polres Payakumbuh. Kegiatan ini juga diikuti oleh Pejabat Utama Polres Payakumbuh, Para Kanit Reskrim jajaran Polres Payakumbuh, dan Para Operator Program Pembangunan Zona Integritas Polres Payakumbuh.

Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Alex Prawira dalam sambutannya mengatakan, dasar hukum pengendalian gratifikasi yakni UU Nomor 28 tahun 1999 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Negara Yang Bersih dan Bebas Dari Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme, UU Nomor 31 tahun 1999 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, UU Nomor 20 tahun 2001 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, UU Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 Tentang Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 1 Tahun 2003 Tentang Pemberhentian Anggota Polri, Perkap Nomor 14 Tahun 2011 Tentang Kode Etik Profesi Polri dan Perkap Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengendalian Gratifikasi.

Kapolres Payakumbuh menambahkan, maksud tujuan sosialisasi ini agar pegawai negeri Polri tidak melibatkan diri atau sengaja menjadi pelaku dalam kegiatan gratifikasi, berkomitmen untuk tidak menerima/memberikan gratifikasi, memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai gratifikasi serta lebih peka dalam melakukan pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi.

Kasi Pengawasan Polres Payakumbuh IPTU Franudin dalam paparannya menjelaskan apa saja gratifikasi dalam arti luas yang antara lain pemberian uang, barang rabat, komisi, pinjaman tanpa bunga , tiket pelayanan, fasilitas, penginapan, perjalanan wisata, pengobatan cuma- cuma, dan fasilitas lainnya serta pemberian hadiah uang kepada pegawai diluar gaji yang telah di tentukan.

“Rasulullah SAW bersabda : Barangsiapa membeli baju dengan harga sepuluh dirham, sedangkan satu dirham saja dari yang sepuluh itu berasal dari sumber yang haram, maka Allah SWT tidak akan menerima shalat orang tersebut selama baju itu dipakainya (HR. Ahmad),” ujar IPTU Franudin disambut tepuk tangan para peserta Sosialisasi Perkap Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengendalian Gratifikasi Di Lingkungan Polri Polres Payakumbuh. (LF)
