Desmaizar alias Ade (41) memberikan keterangan berubah-ubah kepada penyidik Polres Payakumbuh soal motifnya mendoakan paramedis agar terkena virus Corona (COVID-19) dan memprovokasi agar menolak pemakaman paramedis yang terkena Corona. Sebelumnya, Ade mengatakan karena sakit hati mendapat perlakuan buruk dari seorang perawat.

Namun kini dia mengaku frustrasi lantaran tak memiliki pekerjaan dan iri melihat tenaga medis yang mendapat insentif dari pemerintah. Warga Jorong Indo Baleh Timur, Nagari Mungo, Luhak, Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota, Sumatera Barat (Sumbar) ini, merasa terdorong untuk menulis ujaran kebencian kepada dokter dan perawat setelah melihat iklan.

“Karena dia pernah melihat iklan di TV dimana dokter dan perawat mengatakan “kami bekerja untuk kamu, kamu di rumah untuk semua, untuk Indonesia”. Enak saja dokter dan perawat, nyuruh kami di rumah, emangnya gaji kamu (dokter/perawat) mau dikasih kan ke kami’, (Tagihan) bank tetap bayar, kredit motor tetap bayar” kata Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Dony Setiawan, Kamis (16/4/2020).

Dony juga menyebut, pelaku juga mengaku kesal karena tak mendapat bantuan dari pemerintah sedangkan dokter dan perawat mendapat bantuan dari pemerintah. Dia pun meluruskan, Ade merupakan seorang buruh harian lepas, bukan pedagang seperti yang disebutkan sebelumnya.

“Karena tidak dapat bantuan. Gaji Rp 100 ribu per hari, kerja buruh harian lepas. Anak 5, istri nggak kerja. Intinya, pelaku jengkel dengan pemerintah. Iri dengan dokter dan perawat karena dapat bantuan. Dia menilai rakyat kecil nggak dapat bantuan, nggak ada santunan” sambung Dony.

Dony menjelaskan cerita soal ade pernah mendapat perlakuan yang kurang profesional dari salah satu rumah sakit disini, hanya alibi Ade agar polisi memaklumi perbuatannya. Dony menuturkan Ade pun menangis di depan penyidik.

“Itu (cerita pengalaman perlakuan buruk dari perawat) hanya alibi ternyata. Ini dia sudah ngaku (motif mendoakan paramedis terkena Corona), nangis-nangis di ruangan,” ujar Dony.

Dony menerangkan Ade sudah dua pekan tak bekerja. Biasanya dia bekerja karena diajak temannya. “Sudah nganggur dua minggu, kerja buruh harian pekerjaan irigasi. Itupun kalau ada temannya yang ngajak. Dia frustrasi tak bekerja dan tak mendapat bantuan,” ucap Dony.

Sebelumnya, Ade ditangkap polisi pada Senin (13/4) lantaran menuliskan doa agar banyak paramedis yang terinfeksi virus Corona (COVID-19). Pria tersebut menuliskan kata-kata yang mengandung ujaran kebencian di akun Facebook sang istri.

Penangkapan ini, kata Dony, didasari laporan Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) Kota Payakumbuh dan Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia (PPNI) Kota Payakumbuh. Posting-an Ade tersebut viral pada Minggu (12/4). Ade pun sebelumnya sempat menyusun drama seolah akun Facebook istrinya diretas. Bahkan dramanya disempurnakan dengan laporan palsu ke Polsek Luhak.

Dony menilai tulisan Ade bertujuan agar masyarakat menolak pemakaman tenaga medis yang positif Corona. Tulisan itu berbunyi “Semoga makin bnyk Dokter dan Perawat jadi korban Corona ko,, dan smkin bnyk urg yg menolak untuak dmakam kan di bumi alloh ko,,sbb ksombongan itu pkaian setan,, bukan pkaian manusia,,,jadi kalau setan tu mati,,ndk Ado hak nyo bkubua d bumi Allah ko doh,,” di akun Facebook Nola Bundanya Asraf.

“Penghinaan dan ujaran kebencian ditujukan agar masyarakat menolak pemakaman dokter dan perawat yang terkena wabah Corona,” ujar AKBP Dony, Rabu (15/4).

Meski demikan, ujar Dony, penyidikan kasus ini tetap bergulir. Alibi karena kondisi ekonominya, frustasi dan kecewa dengan pemerintah tidak dapat menjadi alasan dirinya menghina dan menyebar ujaran kebencian terhadap profesi dokter dan perawat, terlebih jejak digitalnya menunjukkan bahwa dia memang sering memposting ujaran kebencian.
