Tampil perdana di Ngalau Indah, Mobil Bis SIM Keliling Polres Payakumbuh layani 41 orang pemohon SIM baru dan perpanjangan, Minggu (15/3).

Mobil SIM Keliling ini merupakan tambahan layanan inovasi SPKT Mobile Polres Payakumbuh yang sebelumnya telah dilengkapi dengan pelayanan pengaduan/laporan polisi, penerbitan SKCK, Laporan Kehilangan, cek kesehatan gratis oleh Klinik Polres dan layanan dinas terkait seperti Samsat untuk pembayaran pajak kendaraan serta Dukcapil untuk layanan kartu keluarga dan KTP.

Tidak seperti biasanya, masyarakat yang berkunjung mengikuti pelayanan SPKT Mobile biasanya sedikit dan hanya didominasi oleh masyarakat yang mengikuti cek kesehatan gratis. Kata Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Dony Setiawan.

“Pertama kali meluncurkan layanan SIM Keliling, sudah cukup menarik animo masyarakat dimana layanan SIM Keliling : 41 orang (SIM baru 26 orang dan perpanjangan 15 orang), layanan Samsat : pembayaran pajak kendaraan tahunan sebanyak 3 orang (pajak motor), penerbitan laporan kehilangan sebanyak 2 orang dan SKCK sebanyak 3 orang serta pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis sebanyak 25 orang“, ujar Kapolres.

Kapolres Payakumbuh didampingi Sekdako Payakumbuh Rida Ananda menyaksikan antusiasme masyarakat dalam mengikuti layanan SPKT Mobile khusunya peluncuran tambahan layanan SIM Keliling.

Bersama Rida Ananda, Kapolres Payakumbuh memantau tahapan pelayanan SIM, dari mulai uji teori yang dilakukan di dalam Bis SIM Keliling, tes kesehatan, tes psikologi dan terakhir uji praktik berkendara yang juga disediakan di Ngalau Indah.

Kasat Lantas Porles Payakumbuh IPTU Andika Alfatoni mengatakan pelayanan SIM Keliling ini sama seperti bila mengikuti layana di Polres dengan dilengkapi ujian teori, praktik, kesehatan dan psikologi. “Kami menyediakan layanan ini khusus untuk masyarakat yang karena kesibukannya saat jam-jam kantor tidak bisa mengurus SIM di Polres“, pungkas Andika.

Kapolres Payakumbuh mengatakan bahwa penambahan pelayanan SIM pada SPKT Mobile ini adalah salah satu upayanya dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Semoga dengan adanya layanan ini, masyarakat merasa terbantu.
