Motif dan pelaku pembunuhan terhadap seorang gadis IPS (21), yang jasadnya ditemukan di kebun masyarakat di Jorong Bumbuang, Kenagarian Situjuah Batua, Kec. Situjuah Limo Nagari, akhirnya terungkap.
Berawal dari penemuan jasad seorang wanita di daerah Situjuh pada hari Rabu (09/12) lalu, akhirnya Sat Reskrim Polres Payakumbuh berhasil meringkus pelaku AM (19), pada hari Rabu (16/12) di Kedai Nasi Kapau Uni Cah di Kenagarian Ladang Laweh, Kecamatan Banu Hampu, Kabupaten Agam.
Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Alex Prawira, S.H., S.I.K melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Mochammad Rosidi, S.H., S.I.K dalam konferensi pers menjelaskan bahwa AM (19) baru pertama kali bertemu dengan korban, dan kenal melalui facebook.
“Pelaku AM merupakan warga Koto Baru, Kecamatan X Koto, Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang bekerja sebagai karyawan rumah makan, sedangkan IPS tinggal di Kenagarian Suayan, Kecamatan Akabiluru, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Keduanya baru pertama kali bertemu dan kenal melalui facebook,” ucapnya.
Adapun motif dari pelaku nekat sampai menghabisi nyawa korban adalah karena pelaku kesal terhadap korban yang menolak ajakan dari pelaku untuk bermesraan dan berhubungan intim.
Kejadian berawal saat tersangka menjemput korban ke Tanjung Pati, sekira pukul 19.30 WIB, lalu tersangka membawa korban ke Situjuh (TKP) dan disana tersangka dan korban saling berpelukan, berciuman, dan tersangka mengajak korban untuk berhubungan badan.
Akan tetapi korban menolak ajakan dari tersangka untuk berhubungan badan, kemudian tersangka memaksa korban sembari membuka paksa celana korban.
Lebih lanjut AKP Rosidi menjelaskan bahwa korban sempat berteriak untuk meminta tolong tetapi tidak ada yang menghiraukan.
“Lalu tersangka mencekik leher korban sampai korban tidak bernyawa lagi, dan sadisnya tersangka tetap meneruskan niat bejatnya dengan memasukkan kemaluannya secara paksa ke dubur dan kemaluan korban,” jelasnya.
Setelah mengeluarkan sperma di kemaluan korban, tersangka menggendong korban dan memposisikannya duduk dengan kepala arah kebawah di semak-semak dekat pondok tersebut.
Selanjutnya Kasat Reskrim juga menjelaskan bahwa korban dihabisi di lokasi kejadian. “Untuk hasil dari otopsi bocorannya bahwa terdapat luka pada bagian mulut dan hidung, dan berdasarkan keterangan dari tersangka bahwa wajah korban sempat dihentakkan ke jidatnya, dan mengenai mulut dan hidung korban,” ujarnya.
Dari kasus tersebut, diamankan barang bukti berupa beberapa potong pakaian dalam wanita milik korban, 1 helai celana jeans warna milik korban, 1 buah gigi palsu milik korban, 1 pasang sepatu warna hitam milik korban, dan 1 unit sepeda motor merk Honda Supra-X.
Tersangka sebelumnya sudah pernah menikah kemudian bercerai dan tidak mempunyai anak. Saat ini tersangka sudah berada di sel tahanan Mapolres Payakumbuh.
Atas aksi bejatnya, tersangka dikenakan Pasal 338 KUHP Jo Pasal 285 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 15 tahun penjara. (Amel)
