Belum lupa dalam ingatan kita tentang kasus penganiayaan secara bersama sama yang mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia, yang terjadi pada hari Senin, (07/09) lalu, dekat SMPN 07 Payakumbuh, Kelurahan Napar, Kec. Payakumbuh Utara, Kota Payakumbuh, yang dilakukan oleh 5 orang tersangka Awetra Maha Doni (20), Bhintang Ramadhan Putra (17), Muhammad Ikbal (17), Irfan Pratama (18), Rul Muhammad Rizki Sumadilaga (17) terhadap korban Warido Anafiska (23).
Maka untuk memperjelas kronologis kejadian pembunuhan tersebut, Polisi menggelar adegan rekonstruksi perkara pada hari Selasa, (22/09) sekira pukul 10.00 Wib yang bertempat di Kel. Taratak Padang Kampung, Kec. Payakumbuh Utara, Kota Payakumbuh yang berlangsung sekitar 2 jam.
“Hari ini kita sudah melaksanakan kegiatan rekonstruksi yang dijadwalkan tadi pukul 10.00 WIB dan berlangsung sekitar dua jam. Kita melakukan sekitar 30 adegan. Dari 30 adegan ini menggambarkan seluruh rangkaian bagaimana kelima tersangka ini melakukan penganiayaan secara bersama sama yang mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia dari awal sampai akhir,” terang Kasat Reskrim AKP Mochammad Rosidi.
AKP Rosidi mengatakan bahwa reka ulang dilakukan untuk memastikan urutan kejadian sekaligus mengecek kesesuaian dengan keterangan yang disampaikan oleh seluruh tersangka dalam berita acara pemeriksaan (BAP).
Kejadian bermula ketika kelima tersangka berkumpul dirumah tersangka Bintang, pada saat itu tersangka Awetra Maha Doni membuka inbox facebook pacarnya bernama Yuli, dan mengatakan kepada teman-temannya bahwa ada orang yang menggangu pacarnya di media sosial facebook.
Kelima tersangka sepakat untuk ketemuan dengan korban, dan pada saat itu tersangka Awetra Maha Doni mengatakan kepada korban untuk WA melalui nomor yang di kirim olehnya kepada korban melalui facebook.
“Nomor yang dikirim adalah nomor WA Irfan (tersangka Irfan), lalu dia (korban) mengirim pesan “Ping” ke nomor WA yang di berikan tersebut,” kata tersangka menjelaskan.
Kelima tersangka sepakat untuk bertemu di Simpang Parik, lalu tersangka Irfan Pratama mengirimkan pesan WA ke korban untuk bertemu di Simpang Parik, dan selanjutnya korban bersama temannya Nefri berangkat ke lokasi.
Setelah sesampainya di TKP (Tempat Kejadian Perkara), kelima tersangka datang lebih awal dan berkumpul membagi posisi untuk bersembunyi sambil mencari kayu.
Dan pada saat korban melewati persembunyian, tersangka Rul keluar dari persembunyiannya dan langsung melempar kayu kearah korban yang sedang mengendarai sepeda motornya.
“Tersangka Rul melempar kayu kearah korban sehingga mengenai kepala korban sebelah atas belakang dan pada saat itu korban masih bisa berjalan menggunakan sepeda motor dengan posisi oleng berjalan, sedangkan tersangka yang lainnya masih bersembunyi,” tutur Kasat Reskrim menjelaskan.
Setelah itu, tersangka bintang, tersangka awetra, dan tersangka iqbal keluar dari dalam semak mengejar dan juga melempar kayu ke arah korban, dan pada saat kelima tersangka melihat ada cahaya lampu mobil, mereka langsung lari dan meninggalkan TKP.
Atas kejadian ini, dan dikarenakan maraknya kasus tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh pemuda di Kota Payakumbuh, Kapolres payakumbuh AKBP Alex Prawira menyebutkan bahwa ini merupakan tanggung jawab semua pihak, terutama para orang tua.
“Ini adalah tanggung jawab kita semua. Untuk mengantisipasi agar anak atau keluarga kita tidak menjadi korban maupun pelaku kejahatan. Kepada orang tua saya menghimbau agar lebih inten dalam mengawasi tingkah laku anak, serta mengawasi lingkungan tempat anak bermain,” pungkasnya. (Amel)
