Dalam rangka merespon status tanggap darurat bencana yang diterbitkan oleh Gubernur Sumbar, Pemkab Lima Puluh Kota, Pemkot Payakumbuh, Polres Lima Puluh Kota, Polres Payakumbuh dan Kodim 0306/ 50 Kota menggelar apel gabungan tanggap bencana di Ngalau Indah, Payakumbuh, Kamis, (23/01).

Apel gabungan yang diinisiasi oleh Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Dony Setiawan dan Dandim 0306/50 Kota Letkol Kav Ferry Stevanus Lahe ini dihadiri oleh 2 pemerintahan sekaligus yaitu Pemko Payakumuh dan Pemkab 50 Kota berserta dinas terkait, Polres 50 Kota, masing-masing BPBD, Yonif 131/BRS, Denzipur 2 / PS, Basarnas, PLN, mahasiswa dan bahkan komunitas Rapi Orari, Trabas dan Tagana.

Apel gabungan tanggap bencana ini dipimpin oleh Bupati 50 Kota Ir. Irfendi Arbi dengan didampingi Wawako Payakumbuh, Kapolres Payakumbuh, Kapolres 50 Kota, Kasdim 0306/50 Kota, Danyonif 131/Brs, Ketua BPBD Kota dan Kab. Payakumbuh dan stakeholder.

Usai melakukan pemeriksaan peserta apel gabungan, Bupati 50 Kota menyampaikan amanatnya bahwa di Payakumbuh dan 50 Kota telah terjadi banjir, longsor dan angin puting beliung. Sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam UU No. 24 Tahun 2007 Tentang Penanggulangan Bencana, penyelenggaraan penanggulangan bencana merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan Apel tanggap bencana merupakan bentuk komitmen kepedulian dan tanggung jawab bersama Pemerintah, TNI, Polri dan seluruh masyarakat dalam penanggualangan bencana.

Pada kesempatan apel tanggap bencana ini, Bupati 50 Kota didampingi Forkopimda Payakumbuh dan 50 Kota menyerahkan alat siaga bencana berupa cangkul, gergaji mesin, dan sekop kepada Polsek Kota Payakumbuh Dan Koramil 01/ Payakumbuh.

Kapolres Payakumbuh menjelaskan “alat dukung penanggualngan bencana ini sengaja dititipkan ke Polsek dan Koramil dengan tujuan sinergitas dan kecepatan respon di lapangan. Kadang kala justru Polri dan TNI yang lebih dulu datang ke TKP Bencana, kadang juga BPPD, kita saling mengisi dan melengkapi“.

Selanjutnya, Apel gelar pasukan disudahi dengan pengecekan perlengkapan kendaraan dan peralatan pendukung penanggulangan bencana yang diposisikan dibelakang peserta apel mengelilingi lapangan Ngalau Indah. Bupati 50 Kota didampingi Forkompimda Kota Payakumbuh dan Kab. 50 Kota melakukan pengecekan peralatan dan kendaraan sambil berbincang-bincang dengan operator peralatan dan kendaraan.

Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Dony Setiawan mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para pihak yang hadir mendukung terselenggaranya apel tanggap bencana ini. Kepada awak media Dony mengemukakan bahwa apel tanggap bencana dilaksanakan dalam rangka merespon prakiraan curah hujan yang cukup tinggi dari BMKG dari bulan Januari hingga Februari, status siaga bencana dari Provinsi, terlebih memang di Payakumbuh dan 50 Kota sudah beberapa kali terjadi banjir dan longsor.

Apel gabungan tanggap bencana ini dilaksanakan untuk meneguhkan komitmen bersama dalam penanggulangan bencana. Agar kita semua paham, yang namanya siaga, kita harus cek kesiapan personil, peralatan serta terjaminnya komunikasi yang baik antar Pemerintah, TNI, Polri, Stakeholder dan masyarakat. (Cmmd)
