Kapolda Sumbar Irjen Pol Toni Harmanto menyerahkan penghargaan kepada personel yang berprestasi di sela acara syukuran hari Bhayangkara ke-74 bertempat di Polda Sumbar, Rabu (1/7/2020).

Salah satu personel yang mendapatkan penghargaan ialah Bripka Frans Ramel anggota Polsekta Payakumbuh yang bertugas sebagai Bhabinkamtibmas Kelurahan Koto Panjang Dalam, Kecamatan Lampasi Tigo Nagori (LATINA).

Bripka Frans Ramel mendapatkan piagam penghargaan dan Pin Perak Kapolri berdasarkan Keputusan Kapolri Nomor: Kep/1283/VI/2020 tanggal 30 Juni 2020 dan ditandatangani oleh Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Idham Aziz.

Penghargaan tersebut diberikan karena Bripka Frans terpilih sebagai juara 2 dalam pemilihan polisi teladan sebagai penggerak revolusi mental dan pelopor tertib sosial di ruang publik.

Terkait penghargaan tersebut, Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Dony Setiawan mengatakan bahwa Bripka Frans memang diusulkan untuk mendapatkan penghargaan karena dinilai sebagai Bhabinkamtibmas yang inovatif.

“Inovasinya antara lain pembinaan remaja, penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan dengan budidaya magot, itik dan ayam kampung, sering membantu masyarakat serta program sosial lainnya yang dampaknya dirasakan dan mendapat respon positif dari warga”, sambung Kapolres Payakumbuh.

Personel jajaran Polda Sumbar yang beruntung menerima penghargaan dari Kapolri dalam pemilihan polisi teladan sebagai penggerak revolusi mental dan pelopor tertib sosial di ruang publik adalah :

1. Aiptu Novaldi, Bhabinkamtibmas Polresta Padang sebagai Bhabin inovatif mendapat piagam penghargaan Kapolri dan Pendidikan SIP.

2. Bripka Zuyu, Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Lima Puluh Kota sebagai Juara 1 dalam pemilihan polisi teladan sebagai penggerak revolusi mental dan pelopor tertib sosial di ruang publik dengan penghargaan berupa Pin Emas dan Piagam Penghargaan Kapolri.

3. Bripka Frans Ramel, Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Payakumbuh sebagai Juara 2 dalam pemilihan polisi teladan sebagai penggerak revolusi mental dan pelopor tertib sosial di ruang publik dengan penghargaan berupa Pin Perak dan Piagam Penghargaan Kapolri.

4. Bripka Dico Saputra, Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Padang Panjang sebagai Juara 3 dalam pemilihan polisi teladan sebagai penggerak revolusi mental dan pelopor tertib sosial di ruang publik dengan penghargaan berupa Pin Perunggu dan Piagam Penghargaan Kapolri.

Usai menyerahkan penghargaan Kapolri, Kapolda Sumbar Irjen Pol Toni Hermanto menuturkan bahwa pemberian penghargaan yang diserahkan oleh Kapolri dan Polda Sumbar ini merupakan komitmen dari pimpinan Polri.

“Kami jajaran Pejabat Utama Polda Sumbar terus komit. Disamping memberikan punishment (hukuman), kita juga komit dalam memberikan penghargaan kepada anggota-anggota kita yang berprestasi”, ujarnya.

Selain itu kata Kapolda Sumbar, “penghargaan-penghargaan ini tentu akan berkontribusi pada kinerja, kemudian meningkatkan karir yang bersangkutan. Kita berikan kesempatan nanti untuk mengikuti pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih baik”.

Rasa syukur diungkapkan Bripka Frans atas penghargaan yang diterimanya. “Alhamdullilah dan terima kasih saya ucapkan kepada keluarga tercinta yang sudah mendukung dan mengiklaskan waktu saya untuk berbagi dan berbakti kepada masyarakat. Saya juga berterima kasih kepada Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Dony Setiawan, sang inspirator yang luar biasa”, ujar Bripka Frans.

Bripka Frans juga mengucapkan terima kasih juga kepada Kasat Binmas AKP Hikmah, Kapolsek Kota Payakumbuh AKP Julianson dan seluruh rekan Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Payakumbuh yang selalu memberi dorongan dan arahan.

Tidak lupa Bripka Frans juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Camat dan seluruh Lurah beserta staf, LPM, Karang Taruna, KAN, Bhabinsa, Tomas, Todat dan seluruh warga Lamposi Tigo Nagori. “Semoga ke depannya, saya menjadi lebih baik lagi dan kita semakin solid dalam menciptakan kamtibmas yang kondusif dan masyarakat menjadi produktif”, ujar Frans

Warga pun ikut bahagai mendapat kabar Bripka Frans menerima penghargaan Kapolri. Termasuk Camat Latina David Bachri ikut menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan mendoakan semoga Bripka Frans makin sukses dan makin termotivasi dalam mengabdi kepada warga. (can/hms)
